ATTMA
Building Analysis & Testing Limited are members of ATTMA the Air Tightness Testing and Measurement Association which is an accredited competent persons scheme which ensures that personnel and tests achieve high quality standards. Only trained and competent Air Tightness Testing Engineers can be registered on the competent persons scheme allowing them to lodge tests. Engineers are issued with individual ATTMA Identity cards which can be viewed on request. Passivhaus
Building Analysis and Testing Limited are pleased to confirm that their Passivhaus Air Tightness Tests are carried out to the latest Air Tightness Testing Standard TSL4 – ‘Measuring Air Permeability in Passivhaus& Low Energy Buildings’ which has been produced by ATTMA in co-operation with the UK Passive House Organisation. BAT have ATTMA Passivhaus Certified Engineers. Tests are lodged on the ATTMA lodgement System and a unique certificate produced with the results of both the positive and negative pressure tests reported against the Passivhaus air changes standard. www.passivhaustrust.org.uk

UKTA
Building Analysis & Testing are working with the UK Thermography Association, which is a special interest group within the BINDT, to further the development of professionalism within this new and developing technology. Thermography can be successfully used in buildings to diagnose many varied issues including: locations where insulation has been missed, water leaks and unwanted air flows. www.ukta.org www.bindt.org
